WELCOME TO THE LAKE & GEAUGA AREA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®!

The Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS® is a place where members can access information and tools to succeed. As one the larger local real estate board in the state of Ohio, we strive each day to provide our members with the insights they need to be best in their business.

We are excited about your interest in our association and in joining the REALTOR® community. Here, you will find the necessary membership forms and related information, including benefits of membership, links to types of membership and current dues and fees.

Education

LGAAR offers its members a wide variety of continuing education courses, both residential and commercial, on-line and in our office, on topics such as Shortsales, Core Law, Tax Tips, QR Code Marketing, and much more.  We also provide seminars, lectures and roundtable programs regarding a variety of topics, including business planning and environmental issues.

Committees & Events

Members are invited to participate in the more than 13 committees at the board or one of the many special programs produced by LGAAR, such as our RPAC Kickoff Breakfast (February), the Affiliate Committee’s Pig Roast (August), or the Community Involvement Committee’s Holiday Auction (December).

Support Services & Benefits

Members have access to other services and support staff including MLS Technical Support, the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the LGAAR Store (located both online and at our office), etc.

Communication

LGAAR communicates with its members regularly through a variety of methods including U.S. mail, e-mail, the LGAAR Web site, and social media sites.

New Member Orientation
